*Full Groom: 1.5-3h
*Wash / Tidy: 1-2h
We open/close by appointments, it is different everyday. Please let us know in advance.
We require an in-person assessment grooming session to evaluate your dog. While we are happy to help with your anxious pets, we reserve the right to decline service based on their behavior. Our primary concern is safety, and every effort will be made to complete the grooming to the best of our ability. The extent of the grooming will depend on what your dog allows the groomer to do safely.
If the groomer determines that it is unsafe for either the dog or the groomer, the session will be terminated. Please note that a behavioral fee may apply.
If your dog's coat feels hard or tight, or if you cannot see their skin through the coat or easily separate the fur by hand, it likely needs to be clipped short. We will need to examine and feel the coat in person to determine if it can be de-matted or de-knotted.
For the safety and comfort of your pet, we will not provide de-matting or de-knotting services if the matting is too extensive or too tight. Please note that an additional fee may apply for dematting services.
